In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, My Reno Rules Details will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the My Reno Rules Details service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Filing a Notice of Alleged Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Site. This should include the specific URL(s) where the material can be found.
- Sufficient contact information: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full name).
Please send this written communication to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, My Reno Rules Details will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a Counter Notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material removed or disabled: Identify the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location (URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that you swear, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which My Reno Rules Details may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full name).
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, My Reno Rules Details will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification.
